The Chadwick Industrial Park has been designed to take advantage of the recent Transport Corridor upgrade that now allows better access into the Port facilities.
These upgrades now provide uninterrupted heavy vehicle access directly to the Port and the lots within this Industrial Park allows unrestricted transport access from the main highway and accommodate triple road trains.
Each lot is flat and level, ready to build on with underground 3 phase power, scheme water and telecom facilities available.
