Dempster House - Short Stay

Me and the family stayed at Dempster House Air BnB managed by Thorp Realty for a week and we were quite pleased. We had some dramas with the external booking agency in regards to the booking getting canceled only 24 hours before arrival, but thankfully with the great customer service from Thorp Realty I was able to contact their after hours mobile (on a Sunday) and they were quick to organise a direct booking through them. It was so good to know that there was nothing to big or small for Thorp Realty to sort out after hours with our accommodation, even down to ringing us as soon as the house was ready for checkin the following day. The house was nice and clean, perfect for a couple with 2 kids, walking distance from town and the foreshore as well. Thanks for your services, it was a holiday to remember.
