Disclaimer: Terms and Conditions
The “Thorp Realty Gives Back: $500 Donation” initiative is subject to specific terms and conditions. To be eligible, the property must be exclusively listed for sale or under a new property management agreement with Thorp Realty, commencing from July 1, 2025. The $500 donation will be made upon successful and unconditional settlement of the sale or upon execution of a valid 2 year (or longer) management authority agreement, with the property under active management by Thorp Realty.
Eligible recipients of the donation must be a local, registered not-for-profit organisation or sporting club based in the Esperance region. The nominated organisation must be disclosed to Thorp Realty at the time of listing or management agreement. Each qualifying transaction entitles the nominator to one $500 donation to their chosen eligible group. Donations will be issued directly to the nominated organisation within a reasonable timeframe following settlement or commencement of management services.
Thorp Realty reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the initiative at its discretion.
