Thorp Realty Pty Ltd commenced operations in 1989 and is the only independent, locally owned real estate company in Esperance. We are a third-generation family business with strong ties to the district and the people of this tight knit community.

Jon-Paul Adams is the principal and director, alongside Chloe Adams (nee Thorp) also a director of Thorp Realty Pty Ltd. Jon-Paul specializes in Residential, Commercial and Business sales, while Chloe manages the online presence of the business, they are both ably assisted by a loyal, diverse and experienced team.

We also offer an experienced Property Management team willing and able to assist in all aspects of Property Management from Residential, Commercial / Industrial, Strata and Short Stay.
